As explained in the official patent, the team talks about AI technology that will allow for you to upload one (or multiple) images of characters and faces of your choice. The face from the image would then be converted through the patented technology into an in-game character with corresponding facial features from the submitted images.
While the first Sims game allowed you to place an image of a face onto a character model in Sims Creator, the results often left something to be desired. This AI tech could prove to be a more effective way of actually creating your likeness within the game, though there are no examples available right now to show off its capabilities.
Sims 4 Face Generator
Was having the issue of the right browser and then was able to create a face but not generate. I followed the advice of clicking on the (i) icon to the left of the search bar, in the firefox browser and turning the gameface permission tab on accept and remember. I had to restart the process but this time the face generation tab was not grayed out and clickable.
After numerous conversations with EA, the bottom line is that they can't help. EA no longer offer support for gameface, which makes me ask why you still put them in games such as UFC 2. I'm guessing that will be the last of gameface though, which is a shame because its a good feature.
But of course EA don't make any money on the gameface feature, which is all they're interested in at the end of the day, hence why i refuse to pay my own money to buy ultimate team packs on UFC and Fifa, making the whole system unjust. However at the end of the day, EA produce games of exceptional quality which is why each year we buy them, it's just a shame they don't value their loyal customers.
So my first problem was that i couldn't load my old gameface which i didnt actually want in the first place, i just wanted to delete it. So here i am stuck on a screen that just says "generating gameface". There was no delete or edit button in the background, if there was i still wouldnt be able to do anything it just got stuck with a blank 3d head model.
After reloading the page, this brought up a new 3D model with just my hair and nothing else. But in the background i could finally see the delete button (a bin icon) however it will still greyed out in the background because the generating gameface was infront of it and wouldnt allow me to click anything.
Here's where it gets a bit more tricky. I pressed the 3 horizontal lines in the top right of the browser to bring up the menu, and then went on more tools > developer tools. Inside the 'elements' tab, i could hover over each part which would highlight part of the page in blue. I then did trial and error, and deleted each line untill i finally found the part to delete where it gets rid of the generating gameface and allow me to press the delete button. If you delete the whole page, just refresh and try again.
It then took me to the 'are you sure you want to delete page' or whatever it is, and again i used the same method so i could actually click on the button to delete it and finally, my old gameface was deleted.
Then on the next step, step 3, i couldnt even see my photo so i didnt know where to place the face template! And on step 4 my image would be either extremely zoomed in, or only a quarter of the image would show in the top left corner.
Luckilly, i found this link, which involved me clicking on the three horizonal lines again on chrome to bring up the menu, and zooming out to 25%, then zooming out on the slider of the gameface feature till i could see my photo properly. Heres the link - -15/gameface/m-p/5390564#M203144
And yeah you guessed it, just as when i thought everything worked, it didnt. Upon saving my gameface, it kept saying error cannot save gameface. I got so frustrated i just kept pressing save gameface, said a little prayer and behold, it worked!
so as far as i can tell after inspecting the code, the fatal error 500 is given when submitting the request to the server which simply provides an internal server error message. Also the 405 Method Not Allowed code pops up and basically tells you that they need to fix something...but you know...they're sorry. Basically...what everyone else has been saying. No more Gameface. Bummer.
ea gameface is not fixed Ive been trying for days why pay for * I cant use. ea sports is a joke. maybe if you would fix the problem your customers would be happy instead of wanting to tell everyone to stop using it. if it was up to me I would get rid of ea sports.. my ea gameface wont generate
Use the following virtual dice roller to mimic dice that have a different number of faces from the conventional 6-faced die. The most common physical dice have 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 20 faces respectively, with 6-faced die comprising the majority of dice. This virtual dice roller can have any number of faces and can generate random numbers simulating a dice roll based on the number of faces and dice.
A dice is typically a small, throwable object that has multiple faces (most commonly six) and possible positions that indicate a number (or something else), used for generating random numbers and events. They are typically used for tabletop games, which include a wide variety of games, as well as for gambling. Examples of tabletop games that involve the use of dice include games like backgammon, Boggle, and Yahtzee, where dice are a central component of the game. Some other well-known tabletop games include Monopoly, Risk, Dungeons and Dragons, and Settlers of Catan. There are however, numerous others.
Based on probability, a die should have an equal probability of landing on each of its faces. However, this is not necessarily the case with mass produced dice as they cannot be truly random, since it is difficult to mass produce dice that are uniform, and there may be differences in the symmetry of the dice. Each dice, particularly d20 (20-sided polyhedral dice) and d8 (8-sided polyhedral dice) is often unbalanced, and more likely to roll certain numbers.
Hey, did you know about how you can right click on the face/eyes/mouth/etc. presets to slightly change one into the other so you can get yourself some in betweens that way? Apparently, it was a Sims 2 thing, but Sims 3 can also do it!
The second step of creating a Sim is their physical appearance. This interface is quite a bit different from previous iterations of the franchise. In order to change any part of the body, click that part of the body, then drag the exact part you want to change.
The interface comes with several templates that we can choose from first. Double-clicking the Sim's face will bring up the template, which also allows us to change Christine's skin tone. We use a template, but wish for Christine to have higher cheek bones. We click her face, then click-drag her cheeks slightly upward.
- the icons that change a part of the face (eyes, nose, etc), and also an icon that changes the full face: when you use the icons, the changes in the face will be subtle. They are for making slight changes that usually will give beautiful features, not extreme ones. Sometimes we saw random face programs but they sometimes give ugly or monstruous results, so one year ago we started developing this program to get something really useful to get smooth and beautiful faces of people that you can find on the street. Also so you can create them by parts.
- the other way is using the icon that says "! Custom", the Custom Generator. This is much more powerful. You can do subtle faces, but also more extreme faces. You can control how stronger the changes will be, and how complex.
Updated May 21, 2022 by Sharnelle Earle: The character creator screen holds a lot of power. It determines whether the story you're about to dive into can be taken seriously with a goofy protagonist or if you can connect to the story more with a relatable one. For those that live for a laugh, goofy-looking characters are the way to go. But all those special sliders mean so much more to those who tend to see less representation of themselves in media. Everyone wants to feel like they are the hero. Whether you're trying to make a hilarious hero or a familiar face, only some video games offer the necessary sliders and graphics to achieve these things. We've added even more games to this list, all of which have some of the best character creator menus for different reasons.
Sunset Overdrive is an older game with graphics that can't be compared to today's games. Despite this, the character creator menu holds strong. There are a good variety of skin tones as well as preset faces that represent multiple races instead of just one.
Bioware was never the best at making our characters not look hideous the moment they walk out of character creation due to animations, but Andromeda is alright. Things still look a bit wonky during gameplay when there aren't cut scenes, but compared to the previous games' graphics and character creators, this is a big step forward. You still get all the options for multicolored hair, makeup, and face shapes as the previous Mass Effect games, just with better graphics and different hair options.
Fallout 4's character creation screen surprised everyone with its options for morphing features exactly how the player wants them. This was a change for the Fallout franchise, which usually only had a couple of face and hair options. With Fallout 4, players can highlight features and make them larger or smaller, much like how the Sims works. Unique face scars and face paint were also added.
Perhance is a platform that allows you to create your own custom random generators. You could use it to create your own random text generator for a tabletop RPG, or to make your own random name generator, or to simply create a generator which selects a random item from your list with different weights. You can also save your generator so it has a permalink that you can share with your friends.
Perchance is based around creating lists which reference other lists. You can adjust the odds of items in each list so that when you randomly select an item from that list, they all have the likelihoods that you've specified. If you'd like to learn how to make a random text generator with Perchance, you should check out the tutorial. It explains all the basic features of the Perchance engine and should get you up and running in only 10 or 20 minutes. Perchance has many powerful features that you don't need to learn from the start, but can learn later if you want to create particularly complex generators. 2ff7e9595c
